Sunday Conference 2.17.13

Notes from our Sunday Conference with Diana...

“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells.  Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of the telescope.  Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.”  - Dr. Seuss

Review of this past Year of the Dragon:  What was our theme?

  • Stirha – Strength building – not only physically, but also mentally
  • Moving slower with mindfulness and focus (i.e., chaturanga dandasana, upward facing dog)
  • Movements from your center
  • Raising the bar for yourself – teach people how to treat you

Consciousness of choices
Be your highest and biggest self with increased spirituality and inspiration
Remain fully present; pay attention to what is now
Get out of the box; get out of “auto-pilot”
Set intentions with beauty and imagination; not necessarily goals per se
