Two of the four elements of Yoga – Water and Earth

Water = bodily fluids - fluidity
Earth = bones, muscles – grounding

Locking, drawing and redirecting energy smoothly with breath;
Moving inward, hug your muscles to your bones, refine, be present, focus

There are actually 5 bandhas (energy gates):
“Mulabandha,” “Uddiyana,” “Jalandhara,” “Hasta,” and “Pada”

Downward dog demonstration:
Activate your arms, engage and ground base of hands and feet;
Engage the other 3 bandhas to lock in energy

Jump back / jump forward demonstration:

Flat hands, weight on your hands, keep knees close to chest when jumping forward/back
