Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog) – Eastern intensive stretch
Paschimottanasana – Western intensive stretch
Release your psoas muscles
Allow your “muchness” to be big, wonderful and amazing!
This morning’s Conference
Assess your posture while driving, working on computer, eating – all hunched over? Slouching?
“Roll the paper … Unroll the paper” – open up your heart area-breath big and deeply
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana – engage your legs and press into the tops of your feet (don’t
splay your heels out) while pulling your heart area through.
Homework this week
Go barefoot as much as possible this entire week. Take your shoes off when you get home, take them off at work (if possible), go to the beach and walk in the sand and water barefoot.
Roll a tennis ball under your feet (3 points – ball, mid-point and heel)
Also, roll the ball left to right at each point.
Get a foot massage and/or pedicure.
