Backbending – opening the FRONT of your body.
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog) – Eastern intensive stretch
Drop your hips to lengthen your hip flexors
Release, lengthen and strengthen your psoas and iliacus muscles

This morning’s Conference

“Roll the paper … Unroll the paper” – open up your heart area ~ breathe big and
deeply to open your psoas and hip flexors

Train your brain – make good choices – open up to your biggest, widest self
Feet – root into the earth - extend your toes out and up ~ lengthen all the way up
Feet + Psoas + bandhas
