Welcome the New Year with Prana + Bandhas
  • Engage bandhas with your inhalations and exhalations
  • Engage bandhas with “up’s” rocking back and forth
  • Handstand – bring knees down, cross ankles and use bandhas to pull through
  • Jump-thru ~ strong arms/frame - 3 count ~ control the descent and articulate movement – pick back up your bandhas

Observe and experience the high as well as low vibrations of your energy. Thoughts are energy

Welcome the New Year with the Power of Prana

Brief overview of the feng shui compass:  3 basic 24-direction rings; rings for the 64 trigrams;
Magnetic areas of energy - I Ching trigrams
5 Elements - Wood; Fire; Earth; Metal and Water
Used as a method to assign proper positions in time and space

Complementary readings:
Karen Kingston’s “Clear your Clutter with Feng Shui” – meridians/ space
Caroline Myss’ “Anatomy of the Spirit” – chakras / avatars
Nourishing our 3 bodies:  internal, external and spiritual

Take a few moments to spend in each important place/space/person using your internal compass; your “gut-meter;” to fully realize the energy drawn from/by each.
